Business Online Banking Support Representative
Customer service skills and proper telephone etiquette are a must for a Business Online Banking Support Representative.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Assisting existing customers with basic online business banking issues regarding password resets, unlocks, bill pay, mobile banking and other simple questions.
- Verifies data entry changes made by PBFB Rep II and higher.
- Regular and reliable attendance and other duties as assigned.
The ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and co-workers as well as accuracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
