Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The banking services department is responsible for all processes regarding Non-Post and NSF accounts.  Coordinates the processing of on us return items and is responsible for processing the charge-back notices.  Reviews various reports.
 
COMPENSATION: Hourly $23 - $24

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    1. Processes garnishments and levies and reclamations on customer accounts
    2. Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks.
    3. Maintains all return mail, dormant accounts and customer accounts (may include KMN account maintenance).
    4. Completes research requests for CO Banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers. 
    5. Reviews various reports as assigned.
    6. Positive Pay 
    7. Legal and Branch Research, including VOD’s and VOM’s
    8. Process Inactive and Dormant Accounts
    9. On Us Check review
    10. Process Mobile and ATM Deposits
    11. Responsible for printing, accuracy review and mailing of customer interest checks
    12. ATM Live functions as needed
    13. Revies and monitors return mail
    14. Regular and reliable attendance.
    15. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of FiServ preferred.  
  • Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.  
  • Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy.  
  • Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.  
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School or equivalent.  
  • Banking experience preferred.

Monday through Friday. Not a remote or hybrid position
