INFO SECURITY ACCESS ANALYST
Job Description
- Administers identity and access administration using Fiserv (Security Control Module), Microsoft (Active Directory and Azure) and various other technologies.
- Develops reviews and testing to evaluate access appropriateness based on job responsibilities, least permission, and separation of incompatible duties.
- Establishes access roles, entitlements, rights, and permissions that follow onboarding, monitoring and review standards, processes, and procedures.
- Creates reports of access reviews to help attest and certify access controls meet the risk, regulatory and audit objectives of the Bank.
- Administrates technically diverse enhanced layered authentication, passwords, and complex authentication protocols.
- Monitors access activity to recognize and evaluate inappropriate or suspicious activity.
- Communicates access issues and risks to management in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Researches the latest in information technology security trends to keep up to date with the subject and use the latest technology to protect information.
- Helps co-workers when they need to install a new program or learn about security procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of information security systems.
- Knowledge of electronic data processing audit and controls.
- Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
- Skill in writing policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, technical staff, and senior management.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Experience with Identity and Access Tools or equivalent experience managing users and groups in a large environment preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv applications is a plus preferred.
- Experience with reviewing access entitlements preferred.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding preferred.
- An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
